A fun push or pull handcart in the shape of a boat that has room for one passenger to enjoy a ride on the waves!
For steering, either the child pulling the surfer boat will determine which direction to go – or if the boat is being pushed from behind, then the passenger can assume the role of captain and determine which direction to go by taking command of the steering/pulling bar.
