Signing up for our loyalty points
Step 1: Click on Login/Register and it will take you to the login or create an account page
Step 2: If you already have an account with us, you can log in with your existing account on the left. If not, enter the email and password you would like to use for your account on the right-hand side. Once you have created your account you will receive an email
Step 3: You will then arrive at the My Account login screen. From here you can change your account details by clicking on edit your password and account details.
Step 4: From here you can change your name, display name (like a user name), email and password
Step 5: Scroll down until you can see points on the right-hand side. Click on it to take you to the points page.
How to gain points
You can get 500 points for signing up for the website. This should be automatically added to your account.
A further 500 points can be obtained by referring a friend, when that friend creates an account using your link (found at the bottom of the points section) you will automatically be given 500 points.
Commenting is not currently enabled on the website, as a result, you will not be able to gain points through commenting directly on the website. However, if you review us elsewhere and send us a link to your review we will add 500 points manually to your account.
Another way to gain points is through purchases. For every purchase you make you will receive 1 point for every pound that you spend. These points are not added automatically so there may be some delay before you receive them. Once an order has been placed, we need to confirm the order at which point the points you have earned will be added to your account.
Spending loyalty points
When you decide to spend your points on an item or get a discount on a purchase, you just need to type in the number of your points you would like to spend. This gives you complete control over how you use your points meaning you can spend as many or as few as you like on a single purchase.
Under the apply points button, check the total number of points in your account and the highest discount you can get with these points on an order.
Each point is the equivalent of a penny off your purchase. This can be applied to the subtotal and the shipping, but it isn’t possible to apply points to the tax on an item. If you are conducting a business purchase, you can claim this tax back later.
